  • Event

    Assistant

    • Assisting with venue sourcing

    • Managing client inquiries and following up with leads via Phone, email and/or social media ​

    • Keeping organized records of meeting notes, event documents, and event details

    • Assisting with meeting prep (including: typing, compiling, and preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence)

    • Managing databases and filing systems

    • Partnering with marketing team to assist with marketing strategy

    • Managing appointments and maintaining calendars

    • Obtaining and leveraging reviews on Google, Facebook, Thumbtack and other social networks 

    • Implementing, maintaining and documenting all administrative standard operating procedures 

    • Other duties as directed

  • Sales & Marketing Intern

    • 3-6 month commitment, 5-10 hours/week 

    • Generating leads and securing sales

    • Monitoring and measuring the effectiveness of marketing tactics and campaigns

    • Documenting all sales & marketing standard operating procedures 

    • Brainstorming campaigns or giveaway ideas 

    • Researching emerging trends and opportunities to enhance our brand presence in a meaningful way

    • Attending business and community events to network and market the M’Pressed brand

    • Calling clients 1, 7, & 30 days before event then quarterly after event  

    • Managing Birthday, Anniversary cards and other holidays celebrated

    • Curating and Managing client appreciation gifts and events

    • Planning promotions, giveaways, contests, and content for social media platforms

    • Managing monthly vendor promotion program with discounts to our clients

  • Communications

    Intern

    • 3-4 month commitment, 5-10 hours/week 

    • Writing, editing and creating original web-optimized content for bi-weekly emails, monthly blog post and/or quarterly newsletters

    • Generating ideas and creating content for all media channels 

    • Maintaining and grow our email database 

    • Participating in creative brainstorming sessions to generate communication themes

    • Consistently monitoring the look and feel (branding) of all communication and promotional materials 

    • Creating and managing social media messaging to correlate and promote the blog, newsletter and/or any other publications 

    • Creating positive relationships with local and national media

    • Overseeing efforts related to securing or responding to media attention

  • Executive Assistant

    • Assist with venue sourcing

    • Managing client inquiries and leads – Phone, email and social media 

    • Follow-up with leads by following our booking guidelines

    • Partnering with marketing team to assist with marketing strategy

    • Preparing communications such as emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence

    • Drafting and editing documents, including letters, reports and instructional documents

    • Managing appointments and maintaining calendars

    • Assist with special projects when needed.

    • Obtaining and leveraging reviews on Google, Facebook, Thumbtack and other social networks
